In 1977 a Prince was born to a family in America. No one knew he was a prince. But he was. He grew to love butterscotch, ships, airplanes, history and many other things. He loved to build things and to watch bridges and buildings being built. He flew model rockets and build un-sailable submarines.
In a far away land a little later a Princess was born. She grew up with her brothers and sisters, much loved by her family. She was smart and pretty. She went to school and learned a lot and got scholarships to the University in her land. But seeing greater opportunities in a far away land she left her loving family with hugs and kisses and a promise to make them proud of her. She came to her new land and wishing to make it on her own without help from her kingdom she worked two full time jobs and went to school full time to earn a bachelors degree in Chemistry. She earned a scholarship before she graduated to help her along the way to her goal. She then proceeded to work toward her PhD in Pharmacy. She succeeded in making the people of her kingdom very proud. Some even followed her to her new country where they became citizens or are working to become citizens.
At the same time the handsome prince became a naval officer and served his kingdom. He came home and got a job and then another one working for the kingdom’s navy as a civilian. He made lots of friends and had his share of hardship.
Then one day the beautiful Princess and the handsome Prince met each other over the internet. Then they met for real. The handsome Prince was struck by the inner and outward beauty of the beautiful Princess. He found he could not live without the her, so one day in a beautiful castle by the sea he bent to one knee and asked for the hand of the beautiful Princess. She said yes.
The handsome Prince and beautiful Princess returned to her kingdom to ask the people of her kingdom if he could marry their Princess and they said yes and they celebrated the future union of the future royal couple.
Last Sunday around 11am on a beautiful Yacht in Newport Harbor, California the Beautiful Princess and Handsome Prince began their Safari (Journey) together. They joined together the two kingdoms from two continents and across an ocean, in a beautiful wedding fit for royalty and are on their way to forever together.
